Meditation In Chelsea, Michigan

One Day retreats are a great opportunity to enjoy deep meditation and to experience support for our practice.  The day includes sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk, and a time for questions.  There will be a break-out session for beginners to help establish their practice.  The day will be held in silence—those who wish complete silence will have the ability to do so. Held in a beautiful wooded spiritual center 2 miles North of Chelsea.      Link to directions

Other Information about Day Long:
The retreat is at Michigan Friends Center, a conference facility, on a beautiful piece of woods and lakefront; you may enjoy coming early to walk the trails and see where you are. Arrivals will be greeted beginning at 8:30 AM; the program begins at 9:00.
